Even years after coming off of B.C. this helped me balance out

I came off of B.C. years ago and wish someone told me then what I know now about how hard that can be on your body. If you really think about what B.C. tricks your body into believing, of course you’re going to be imbalanced once you come off of it. Just what I needed
